Ghost Pepper

Open Pollinated. AKA Bhut Jolokia, Naga Jolokia. The 2007 Guinness Book of World Records winner for hottest pepper, Ghost is rated about 300 times hotter than a jalapeno. The wrinkled fruit reach 2 1/2 -3 inches long and ripen from orange to red. Believed to have originated in Assam, India.
