 Owners of Lil Starts, Luke and Lily, are passionate about being a part of and supporting local food systems. The farm is dedicated to using sustainable and regenerative farming practices to responsibly provide the community with healthy, nutrient dense produce. Great care is taken when deciding what to put in our soil as it affects not only what goes into our human bodies but also our waterways, native animals and the entire local ecosystem. One of the most exciting aspects of moving to Willamina is having the ability to regularly rotate and rest our field and to create and use more of our own compost.
