Ancho/Poblano

90 days. 3' tall plants produce thick 4" fruit. Mild heat when dark green but much spicier when let ripen to red. Can be harvested at any stage. Poblano refers to the fresh dark green pepper with some heat to it. Ancho is the fully ripened to red and dried form of this pepper and is an essential ingredient in Mole sauces.
