This is a baby leaf variety that works for multiple harvests throughout the winter. When harvesting you can cut about 1.5 inches from the ground- leaving enough left for the plants to regrow. We harvest about 10 days after each cutting. 

When planted in late August/early September you can expect to harvest around late October. In mild winter in will continue to grow back until early spring. Performs best in a low tunnel, hoophouse or other covered structure but will also produce uncovered for a shorter time period.
