Lemon Cucumber

Open Pollinated. 50 days. Tender and sweet, excellent for salads and pickling but we prefer to eat it fresh like an apple. One of our favorite garden snacks. Round fruit starts out ice yellow(we prefer it in this stage) before maturing to a deeper lemon color.
