Fresno Pepper

70 days. This pepper was developed in the 1950's at it's namesake city in California by local grower Clarence “Brownie” Hamlin. With medium heat, similar to a jalapeño, and a bright, fruity flavor profile this thin walled pepper has many uses. We like to slice and roast and use in a variety of dishes.
